Aerial Silks/Hammock or " Anti- Gravity" Yoga combines the excitement of Cirque du Soleil along with challenge and relaxation of traditional Yoga. Aerial Yoga , also know as Cocooning , Hammocking or Yoga on the Silks has been known to lengthen the spine more the an inch in one Aerial Yoga session . It brings the same benefits as traditional Yoga but allows clients to reach spinal decompressions , elongation and muscular challenges that they can't achieve on the mat alone. We also have the challenging Aerial Silks and Aerial Lyra (Hoop).
Destin Pilates Center has recently become a certification studio for Balance Body University who is the largest manufacturer of Pilates equipment and education in the world. DPC is also a teacher training center for Aerial Fitness.
